This beautiful 1970 Oldsmobile 442 convertible is being offered for sale from a private collection in Scottsdale Arizona. This car is all original numbers matching, motor, transmission and rear differential. It retains its original factory build sheet and a copy of the protecto plate. It has had a comprehensive restoration and has approximately 2500 miles driven since its completion. The car has lived in Arizona for approximately 20 years and was purchased out of California. The motor was completely rebuilt along with the transmission and rear differential. The body is corrosion free and very very straight and the paint work is excellent. The power roof is in pristine condition and looks like new. The front suspension has been upgraded to a global West tubular A Arm set up with adjustable coil overs. The stock suspension components are in a box and are included with the sale of the vehicle. The car also has a tilt steering column, factory air conditioning and Hurst dual gate shifter. This car runs extremely well and drives like a dream. It is completely solid, smooth and very reliable.
